55 Alive Mature Driving Course
The 55 Alive course was designed by the Canada Safety Council to help mature drivers maintain their independence and their driving privileges. It provides an opportunity to update your driving skills in a relaxed friendly atmosphere while covering important topics of particular interest to drivers aged 55 and over.
Consider the following issues which may be of concern to drivers experiencing the signs of aging such as reduced hearing, vision, flexibility and reaction time in today's driving situations:
- Highway driving
- Night driving
- Passing
- Parking
- Winter driving
This course can help you adjust your skills to compensate for these changes.
